So who the heck am I and why am I hosting this coaching program with the Street Smart diva ?

My name is Paul Duncan.

I've been in sales and business for over 14 years and running a marketing agency for over 6 years managing up to 80 realtor & Mortgage broker clients at a time.

But I eventually came to very much dislike the traditional agency model because I didn't control the clients entire conversion system.

So we would generate lots of leads for them, but if they didn't convert them, they would get mad at us...Even though the real problem was that we were only the lead provider and they didn't have a funnel perfectly engineered from top to bottom. So we would send them leads but there were no tools to nurture and convert them into clients.

Since then I pivoted to a Done With You SAAS Agency so I could also help clients with the sales process and provide a wholistic approach to leads and sales and become a Funnel Engineer.

Around this time I metmy business partner, Ben Herman. We then decided to partner on the ProfitFlo company and here we are today :)
